How implementation works
A simple, supportive process to get your systems up and running, tailored to your setting.
We work alongside your team to implement the right systems for your learners, using a proven process that keeps things clear, practical and focussed on long-term success.
THE PROCESS
From conversation to confident use
Every setting is different, but implementation usually follows these six stages.
1
Discovery conversation
We start with a relaxed conversation to understand your setting, learners and priorities. We’ll talk through your current systems, challenges and what you’d like to achieve.
2
System selection
Based on your needs, we’ll recommend the most relevant systems — English, Maths, Life Skills and/or Annual Review — and discuss any customisation required.
3
Curriculum setup
We configure the systems to reflect your curriculum and assessment frameworks, including bespoke adjustments where needed, such as subject criteria, pathways or naming.
4
Deployment process
We support you throughout the installation process, setting up folders and ensuring everything is working smoothly. This is usually done on-site.
5
Staff guidance
We provide clear, practical guidance for your staff, including a live demonstration, tailored examples and time for questions. Resources are also provided for future reference.
6
Follow-up support
Once you’re up and running, we’re on hand for follow-up support and troubleshooting. Annual licences include ongoing support for any issues that can’t be resolved by your on-site IT team.
A COLLABORATIVE APPROACH
We work with you, not just for you
Implementation isn’t just about installing files — it’s about making sure the systems work for your staff, your learners and your setting. We take the time to understand what you need and provide the right level of support to ensure a smooth and successful start.

❝
Implementation should feel clear, supportive and manageable from the start.
The aim is to help staff understand the workflow, give leaders confidence in the setup, and leave the provision with systems that feel tailored rather than imposed.
